Journey to Alignment

The Journey of Gratitude with Ask Donna

Each relationship is an important part of your life journey. Together we’ll explore your experiences and emotions providing clarity and understanding of your relationships to date that will empower you on your path to alignment.

Twin Flames

Twin flames are often described as two halves of a single soul, destined to meet and unite. This concept suggests that twin flames are mirrors of one another, reflecting the deepest strengths, insecurities, and challenges. Their purpose goes beyond mere companionship, focusing on spiritual growth and the awakening of consciousness. An intense magnetic attraction marks the twin flame connection, a profound sense of understanding, and a push towards self-improvement.

Soulmates

Soulmates are individuals with whom we share a deep, natural affinity, encompassing friendship, love, or even kinship. Unlike twin flames, soulmates might not mirror our innermost selves but complement us in ways that promote mutual growth and happiness. The connection with a soulmate is characterised by ease, comfort, and a sense of completeness. Soulmates can appear in various forms and at different times, serving as guides, partners, or teachers throughout our lives.

Karmic Relationships

Karmic relationships are connections formed due to unresolved issues or lessons from past lives. These relationships are often intense and challenging, catalysing personal growth and the resolution of karmic debt. They teach us about our strengths, weaknesses, and patterns that need to be addressed. While karmic relationships can be difficult, they are essential for our spiritual evolution, pushing us toward greater awareness and self-improvement.
