Whilst on this journey in life, at times, are stuck in a situation or feel like we are in a hole we cannot get out of. This can be due to loss, grief, stress, abuse, etc. Heart Centred Spiritual guidance involves releasing any blocks you may have so you are able to move onto your spiritual path. It works through the heart chakra, which then reconnects you to help manage your mind which in turn connects you to your higher self and awakens your soul. Once you have worked on yourself inwardly, you will evolve to high frequencies and the rewards are immense making you feel liberated and open to infinite possibilities.
